I've lived at Aspen Ridge for 2 years and is has been a delightful experience. Maintenance is excellent and they usually are able to fix the problem the next day, at most within a week. They also fix the problem the first time and don't have to return for the same issue. The office staff is polite and professional, they address concerns promptly. The apartments are quiet and the outside safety lighting is excellent. The apartments are up to date, with appliances and spacious. It is a nice place.

Aspen Ridge has become my home. Property is well maintained by all maintenance and office personnel. It's a pleasant place to live. We now have a workout facility along with pool and bbq area. Thank you

Can't say enough nice thing's about the whole office staff !! Need something done, just call, they write it up and for non-emergency's their there with-in a couple of day's or sooner....Emergency's that day. I have lived here for 12 years, and hope to stay, and believe me when I say, the office Staff & Maintenance Staff are the BEST, bar none !!!!
